Combination of a final
test line for tyre pressure sensors and
an end-ofline packing. The products enter
the line in trays where a gripper takes
out 4 products at a time and places them
into a carrier. The next 3 cells each accommodate
4 test units that consist of rotating cylinders
under pressure to simulate tyres. In the
test cells the dual head gripper takes a
tested product out of the test unit and
replaces it with a new product, taken out
of the carrier. After the final test the
carrier moves on to the 2 labeling cells
where the 4 products are individually labeled.
In the packing cell a gripper takes out
the 4 products in one movement and packs
them into cardboard boxes that fit 120 products.
Full boxes exit the line at the back of
the packing cell.
